Brooks Tractor recently hosted a grand opening celebration for their latest location in Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin. Customers and contractors from the area were invited to join the Brooks family for lunch and to take a look at the new location, as well as the equipment and services that are offered there.
Brooks Tractor’s sixth location is a 35,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility situated on a 10-acre plot of land. Brooks designed the facility to cater to production class customers and to exceed all Deere equipment dealer best practices measures.
Brooks Tractor had been eyeing this Mount Pleasant location for quite some time due to the continuous growth in the region between Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Chicago, Illinois. Six months had been spent looking for this spot before the facility was built last year.
The new location features dual 15-ton cranes, 20-foot overhead doors, a clean room, an overhead lube system, and concrete parking and display pads. The new facility also features a machine control demonstration area and a large training center. The training center will be used to support Brooks’ position division featuring Topcon Positioning Systems and Leica Geosystems.
During the event many machine demonstrations were offered and as were opportunities to operate the equipment, including a machine control demo site and data collection using the latest in drone technology. On-going seminars looked at maximizing one’s fleet’s uptime with the latest tools a contractor already owns, Final Tier 4, and compliance essentials with WI-DOT. Manufacturers’ representatives and displays were also present during the event. Door prizes and delicious food helped make the day a success for everyone involved.
