Here at Brooks Tractor we are adapting our business processes and facilities to continue to serve you the best way we know how, which includes in a safe and sanitized manner. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our employees and you the customer. We are following all guidance laid out by the Federal, State, and local government. We are constantly paying attention to and following the guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Here is a quick summary of everything we are doing:
First, we offer online access to parts ordering, service information, and other services through our “MyDealer” portal on www.brookstractor.com. If you’d like more information about this contact your local parts department, CSA, or account manager.
Second, we have adopted new policies for people entering and leaving the store, this includes policies for truck drivers and customers. Whenever possible we prefer you call our store and we will come out to you with parts or whatever else you need. When that is not possible we will still allow people to enter the building as long as you are not sick, showing symptoms, or living with someone who is. The traffic in/out of our stores will be directed through certain doors and in a method that allows us to keep the facility sanitized and safe for everyone in the building. If you have questions about this, please contact your local store.
Third, we have instructed all field sales personnel to call you before dropping by for a visit. We have also instructed them to work from home as much as possible for the next two weeks.
Fourth, we have given permission for all employees that can work from home, to do so.
Fifth, we have increased our cleaning and sanitizing of all our stores.
Sixth, we are having daily discussions and meetings to analyze any potential holes in our defense against the virus.
We are confident we will be able to continue to service your every need despite our new organizational structure and processes. All of our stores will be open, maintain our standard hours, and offer all our services as you’ve become accustom to. We have not experienced any disruption in our supply chain, whether it be parts, equipment, or anything else.
